Based on the instructions of the National Organization of Public Health for the protection of our visitors, staff and fellow human beings, all the necessary measures are implemented, respecting the health protocols and having as our main goal health and safety. The following are indicative:

All visitors must present one of the following:

• Vaccination Certificate
• Disease Certificate
• Negative Molecular Test (PCR) result up to 72 hours before check-in
• Negative Rapid Antigen Test result up to 24 hours before check-in

• The staff is fully trained for the correct implementation of the Health Protocols and hygiene rules.
• The use of face mask is mandatory in all public areas of the hotel for staff and guests.
• The health status of the staff is checked with frequent thermometry and a mandatory Covid-19 self test every week.
• There is a sign for social distancing
• Disinfectant gel has been placed in various places in public areas and in each room.
• Breakfast is prepared with strict hygiene procedures to maintain safety.
• Adjustment of check-in and check-out schedule, so that there is the necessary time (4 hours) for ventilation, cleaning and disinfection of each room. Check-in 15:00, Check-out: 11:00
• All key-cards are disinfected before arrival and after each departure.
• Continuous use of disinfectants, steam cleaners and cleaning devices with HEPA filter. Particular attention is paid to the application of cleaning measures to frequently touched objects, such as handles, knobs, switches.
• Clothes, towels & bathrobes, kitchen towels and placemats are machine washable at high temperatures, including unused ones.
• Cleaning and disinfecting coffee machines, hair dryers and other room equipment before each new arrival.
• The chlorination, pH adjustment, cleaning and disinfection of the hydromassage facilities in the Jacuzzi Suites are in accordance with the current legislation.
• Mini-bar products on request
• Delivery of brochures / menus personally to each visitor.
